All illustration work comes with 3 free revisions after sketch is approved.

Payment can be 1/2 after sketch is approved, 1/2 after finished or all up front.

I retain the rights to every image I produce. Unless otherwise agreed upon.

My commissions are for Personal Use Only unless otherwise discussed. Up to the extent that these terms outline, you will not profit off my work unless coming to a written agreement with me beforehand.

My clients / commissioners DO NOT have the right to mint or sell their commissions as NFT. Doing so is in violation of these terms.

All completed commissions are non-refundable. I determine what make a commission considered completed.

I have the right to decline any commission without question.

Finished commissions may be put into my social media or website otherwise specified. Finished commissions may be used as examples, listed in my portfolio, or put on my website unless otherwise specified.

Finished commissions may be posted to other websites by the commissioner with proper credit given.

You will be given regular updates (update frequency to be discussed) .

I'm able to alter art pieces to suit them better for the rigging process however, if allowed I may reach out to the artist to request a piece be altered. If I am unable, I can alter it myself. If a piece is altered I will then need confirmation by you on the piece after it is altered before I move forward with rigging it to make sure you are happy with the new piece with it.

Changes in movements and complexity are allowed however if rigging is more complex than what was originally discussed I may have to charge extra.

Payment can be all up front or 1/2 before rigging has started and 1/2 once rigging is finished. Contact me if you are interested in other payment plans and "Pay-per-piece" plans.

If doing "Pay-per-piece" plan, you pay for the part (mouth, eyes, hair, head turning, etc") that you'd like rigged and we can add onto it / change at a later date.

Payment is to be made through paypal or venmo unless otherwise agreed upon. If you would like to use a different form of payment please contact me so we may discuss.

If you would not like me to work on your piece on my twitch stream you must tell me ahead of time.

Timeframes given work will be correct excluding in cases where you are unresponsive after repeated attempts of contact or rare cases where something happens on my end in which case I will let you know immediately.

If something happens on my end that causes a change in your timeframe I will let you know same day I know and if the new timeline doesn't work for you I will give you a full refund.

I will only contact you to give you updates on progress, ask questions about rigging, to let you know if the timeframe has changed, or request alterations to art / get approval for art alteration.

If I don't hear from you after attempting to contact you I will attempt to contact you again every 48 hours for 2 weeks. Following that if I still have yet to hear from you I will then attempt to contact you weekly for 3 months.

If I do not hear from you after attempting to contact you for 2 weeks your rigging will be halted and placed last in line to be worked on until I hear from you. Once contact is made your rigging will be added to the end of the queue.

If you do not contact me within 3 months after I have attempted contact any rigging done on your project is halted and any payments are forfeit. ( If you have extenuating circumstances please let me know and I will work with you. Friends or family can also get in contact with me if you are unable.)

I request that rigging you'd like .cmo3 files for be discussed beforehand so I may label everything with others use in mind. If you don't tell me until after the fact I will still sell the file to you however, I can not guarantee labeling will be easy to use.

I do NOT offer the .cmo3 files for sale for "Pay-per-piece" plans. Unless the whole model is finished.

Refunds are given based on the amount of work already done on the model. ( If i'm 25% though the model you get a refund of 75% of the total cost. If I'm 50% finished you get 50% etc.)

If for some reason I am unable to finish the your project by the agreed on time for ANY reason I will give a full refund along with any work I have done up to that point so another rigger may carry on where I left off.
